Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Get Loud offers shipping in Canada through Canada Post and FedEx.

Courier/service selections and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Shipping generally takes 2-5 business days within Canada, but please allow up to 14 days for unforeseen delays.

Most orders over $499 qualify for free shipping.

*Certain shipments may require additional shipping costs. Examples can include:

  • Shipments that have many items
  • Shipments/items that exceed certain weights/dimensions
  • Items that are extra fragile and need special handling.

In the event that an order requires additional shipping costs, Get Loud will contact the customer to discuss shipping options.

 

In-Store Pickup 

Alternatively, any items purchased from Get Loud Music are available for pickup in store.

Items must be picked up within 10 business days of completing an order.  Pick it up at the store for FREE with valid government issued photo id.

 

Returns/Refunds

Select items may be returned/refunded within 7 days of purchase. Items MUST be returned in their original condition including all packaging, parts, accessories, etc.

  • If an item is returned with damaged/incomplete packaging and cannot be resold as new, customers will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Select items may be exchanged/returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Items MUST be returned in their original condition including all packaging, parts, accessories, etc.

  • If exchanging for a new item, customers will be given credit equal to the purchase value of the item being exchanged, so long as the item is in new condition.
  • If returning for store credit, customers will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Items that show signs of use, are not in their original condition, or are missing parts, packaging or accessories are non-refundable/exchangeable.

*Please note proper care instructions; Many of our products are made of materials susceptible to external factors and can become damaged if not kept in proper conditions. Environmental factors such as temperature and humidity can damage some products. Please be aware of proper care and handling of your product to avoid this type of damage. We reserve the right refuse items for refund or exchange if they have been damaged in this way.

Select items are non-returnable/refundable. These include:

  • Special orders
  • Financing
  • Non-stock
  • Discontinued or clearance items
  • Used/consignment items
  • Software
  • Headphones/earbuds/in-ear monitors
  • Books/CDs/DVDs
  • Anything that comes into contact with the mouth (ie. harmonicas, melodicas, recorders, etc.)
  • Tubes/fuses
  • Used/opened strings
  • Picks
  • Drumsticks
  • Drumheads
  • Cartridges
  • Clothing

All refunds MUST be completed with the same credit card used during the initial purchase. Get Loud does not offer cash refunds.

Customers MUST bring their receipt from the initial purchase to be eligible for a refund/exchange.

Shipping is non-refundable. Get Loud will not be responsible for any shipping costs incurred to return a product(s). Orders that originally qualified for free shipping will need to be returned at the customers' expense.

Get Loud reserves the right to change/alter our return/refund policy as necessary.
